Your Immune System- Let It Help You Thru the Cold & Flu Season!

This is your wakeup call for being prepared going into the fall and any time you are laid up with a cold or flu. Try and set-up a plan for your family, as it can save you a lot of time & money. Those trips to the doctor and/or emergency room, if you deal with older parents, can drain you and your family!

The flu typically arrives later, in November, with the peak season from late December through early March. Odds are you’ll catch a cold soon, if you haven’t already this season. The average American adult catches about two to four a year. During the cold and flu season, step up the hand-washing routine reminders. Since the two illnesses share some similar symptoms, and both come during “cold and flu season,” the two often run together in people’s minds. While there is no way to cure the common cold or the flu, there are several things that you and your family can do to prevent them and stay healthy this season. It takes the immune system about six to eight weeks to respond to vaccination, one of the best times to get the flu vaccine is mid-October to mid-November, before the December-to-March outbreak.

Remember, cold viruses are present year-round but the the incidence of colds rise sharply in early fall, shortly after school begins. There are over 200 different types of viruses can cause a cold, one of which is the Rhinovirus, which means “nose viruses”. Flu or influenza is caused by viruses, which infect the nose, throat and lungs. Spray the surfaces in your bathroom and kitchen with a mild solution of 2 to 5 percent bleach in water to kill viruses and bacteria. Cold viruses can be transmitted in one of two ways: by touching respiratory secretions on a person’s skin (when shaking hands, for example) or on environmental surfaces (like doorknobs or handrails) and then touching the eyes, nose or mouth, or by inhaling infectious particles in the air (like respiratory secretions from a cough or sneeze).”Coughing is the body’s natural way of getting rid of offending viruses”, because germs and viruses cling to your bare hands, muffling coughs and sneezes with your hands results in passing along your germs to others. A regular dose of fresh air is important, especially in cold weather when central heating dries you out and makes your body more vulnerable to cold and flu viruses.

Healthy immune function is not only critical to rapid recovery from common viral infections, but also determines how resistant people are to contracting these illnesses. Staying healthy begins with taking care of the inside, balancing and strengthening and perhaps purifying one’s energies. Healthy bodies have an easier time fighting off infection and clean hands are a powerful tool toward healthy bodies. On the other hand, without proper care or attention, a flu virus can lead to bronchitis or pneumonia, each of which can cause permanent health damage.

Pregnant women who have a high-risk condition should be immunized regardless of the stage of pregnancy; healthy pregnant women may also want to consult their health-care providers about being vaccinated. The single most important thing you can do to strengthen your immune system is to eat a healthy, balanced vegetarian diet, according to some studies. Optimum health is a philosophy; a way of life; a lifestyle. It means that your community is committed to health promotion and disease prevention.

To stay healthy and rev up your immune system: get plenty of rest eat a well-balanced diet exercise regularly decrease stress cut back on unhealthy habits, such as smoking and over consuming alcohol. Studies have shown that a session of moderate physical activity produces positive effects on the immune system. To get the immune power from garlic, crush the cloves with the flat side of a knife before adding them to your food. This releases the garlic juice, which has great immune properties. Vitamin C, found in citrus fruits and juices, also helps the body’s immune system. Lack of sleep however can lower the immune system’s ability to react when needed. Without sufficient sleep, the immune system is hard-pressed to keep up with its nightly repair work, and creates an opening for opportunistic diseases. A balanced diet, with the right mix of vitamins and minerals, also keeps your immune system strong and resistant to flu and colds. Another popular herb is Echinacea, a dietary herbal supplement that some people use to treat their colds. Oregano extract — which comes in oil or in capsule forms — can also help boost the body’s natural immune system and support respiratory health.

The bad news is, you may find it impossible to completely avoid a cold or the flu. The good news is you can help yourself try to avoid getting the seasonal sickness and treat yourself if you do succumb — up to a point: See a doctor if you get sick and don’t get better in a few days after healthy doses of water, chicken soup, sleep, soap operas and endlessly repeated “news. More good news from the good doctor: It’s not too late to get a flu shot in the fall.

Do You Start More Than You Finish?

Another article in the ‘Daily Action For Self Improvement’ series, articles focusing on the personal development and growth actions you can take daily to support a high level of happiness and satisfaction in your life.

How many things have you began and put aside before completing?

If you can answer, “many”, you are a ’starter’.

Do you have a tendency to get excited about doing something, begin it, then soon get sidetracked by interest in somewhat new. This can be any type of project, a new career or job, a hobby, a business idea, even a relationship - whatever, just anything that gets put aside when your interest clings to something new.

If you can relate to this, you are also perhaps quite frustrated with the lack of money, satisfaction and happiness in your life. What’s the problem? You try so hard; you are always involved with or working on something yet you don’t see the results you initially desire.

What is going on with this repetitive cycle you are stuck in?

* You do not have a clear course in your life to act as a beacon keeping you on track.
* You don’t have a clearly defined set of specific goals, targets or a vision to serve as benchmarks in your progress.
* You are not managing your time properly nor sticking to appropriate tasks.
* Allowing your focus to bounce around shows you are not fully committed to a big picture.
* You are not benefiting emotionally from the reward and satisfaction of accomplishment.
* Your personal confidence is likely not how it ought to be.
* Your frustration level is damaging to your personal power, energy and motivation.
* You are likely to be questioning or even doubting your ideas and decisions.
Now look at what a success cylce can be like.

The fact that you are bouncing your attention from idea to idea indicates that you are not aware enough of your purpose. Your purpose is what you are here to do to serve the universe and your work supports this when directed properly. Discovering or getting a better sense of your purpose in life gives you a specific direction to focus much of your attention. From this you will be better able to decide where to place the focus of your thought and the energy of your actions.

Seeing and feeling your purpose will reveal a deep intent and a strong motivation. You should feel strongly like you are on a mission. This helps you to remain focused and on task. You will have the inner strength and conviction to take command of your thinking, directing your thoughts and actions towards supporting your mission.

The questioning and doubting mentioned above comes up when your inner self is hampered by your conscious attempts to seek happiness and satisfy your ego mind. Without consciously knowing your direction you will not be giving your all to what you should be focused on. You can actually cause your inner guidance to be clouded to your perception, not receiving it’s full benefit.

When you determine a direction based on your purpose you can more appropriately set up the steps and focused actions that will support this. You don’t need to know every step in the beginning, just enough to get yourself going and more is revealled as you go. Through your inner guidance, intuition and conscious thought details are exposed as you are immersed in the process. If you sit back and attempt to figure it all out ahead of time before starting you will remain stuck. You must begin, in trust, taking steps forward in order to discover the next steps.. You will see the way forward as you procede in the right direction.

Accomplishing some goals or targets along the way definately gives your confidence and motivation a boost. This is crucial in keeping your energy and interest at a high level. Continued accomplishment and motiovation supports willingness to do what is necessary.

Daily planning and refocusing on the specific tasks to be accomplished each day is important to keep yourself from getting mired in daily life. You must have an intention and the burning desire behind it every day in order to trigger the self-discipline to stick to it, as it is so easy to get distracted amid everyday things that do not directly support your purpose. You can be busy all day and not get done anything that you had set out to if you are not diligent. Time management is critical to your overall satisfaction and progress, there is not time to do everything you can think of in a day. Learn to be selective with the thoughts you hold and the activities you are involved in so that you are not merely getting moved by life but rather focusing on your desires.

This should be reinforced with daily reminders of your purpose, intent and goals. Set up a daily plan for your activities every day, be determined to stay on course, and check yourself often, it’s very easy to veer away. If supporting your purpose includes several things, know that you can’t do everything at once. One thing accomplished provides far more motivation than 3 things half-done. Determine the method and order that projects will be done and commit to when they are to be completed. Focus your focus and atttention to the first or most vital step then go through the list - you are now on a mission. You will soon develop the positive habit of the success cycle.

Your personal development is your responsibility, take control of your scattered thought and find the key to focused attention. Happiness and satisfaction are the result of purposeful accomplishment.

John Halderman is a trainer and writer dedicated to assisting people with ideas, methods and tools to help them do, be and feel better enhancing their overall happiness and satisfaction. Get the guide detailing many activities you can use to daily support your personal development and growth.

Weight Loss and Nutrition Go Together!

Nutrition and weight loss are certainly important subjects and ones that you would love to learn all that you can and then jump in and start on your diet so that you can lose the weight you desire. However, I sincerely believe that dieting is not the best approach to losing weight.Knowing everything about proper nutrition is going to help you do what is necessary to lose weight. Nutrition and weight loss are plausible solutions to losing those unwanted pounds. Meditation, visualization and prayer also help. We are in the 21st century and have the luxury of liquid vitamins to keep us healthy. Proper nutrition also helps keep the process of your body functioning normally and the best part is that liquid vitamins can taste good!

Whereas a nutritious diet can rectify underlying causes of diseases and restore one to wholeness of mind and body. Once we realize the connection between a wholesome diet and good health, our food will be our medicine and maintaining good health will be a matter of making the right food choices and leading a healthy lifestyle. Try cutting 500 calories from your diet and burning 500 calories with vigorous exercise every day. The average woman will lose weight on a 1,500-calorie-per-day diet, while men can lose weight on about 1,800 calories per day. Permanent healthy weight loss requires permanent lifestyle changes

Dieters who also exercise are more likely to succeed for obvious reasons. They burn a lot more calories than sedentary dieters who attempt to lose weight without initiating a work-out program. Diets that provide less than 800 calories per day also could result in heart rhythm abnormalities, which can be fatal. Diet plans are commonly found in magazines as well as the more common weight loss centers which some supply you with foods to eat and others inform you and assist you in making wise food choices. Whatever weight loss program is chosen the consumer will be required to move more and eat less which can be a common misconception in overweight people wanting to lose weight.

The reason these foods are thought to be fattening is that people tend to eat large portions and add toppings such as sour cream, butter and mayonnaise, which are very high in fat. Dieters can eat smaller portions of starches flavored with herbs, spices and other low-fat toppings and still lose weight. The old cholesterol-laden version used whole eggs, full-fat whipping cream and half-and-half, and about 276 calories, 15 grams of fat, 9 grams of saturated fat and 184 milligrams of cholesterol in just one serving. Modified, this tangy dessert has only one-tenth of the fat and 100 calories fewer than the original. Because there are so many, it can become confusing when trying to select the best wrinkle cream possible. One important factor is read the labels.

Five ounces of wine or 1.5 ounces of 80-proof distilled spirits provide 100 calories. But alcohol provides few, if any, nutrients, so if you drink alcoholic beverages and want to reduce your weight, consider reducing or eliminating your alcohol intake. Vegetarian diets can provide the recommended daily amount of all the key nutrients if you choose foods carefully. Plants, especially fruits and vegetables, are the main source of nutrients in vegetarian diets. If you have questions not answered here, or if you want to lose weight, talk to your health care provider. A registered dietitian or other qualified health professional can give you advice on how to follow a healthy eating plan, lose weight safely and keep it off.

Eating reasonable amounts of natural fats coming from foods like avocados, nuts, and seeds may help you lose more weight by getting you fuller faster and providing the healthy fats your body needs. Joslin Diabetes Center and the Joslin Clinic recommend a diet that provides 40% of total calories from carbohydrate, 30-35% from fat and 20-30% from protein for overweight/obese patients who are at risk for diabetes or who have diabetes. Weight loss for people in these groups is very important for their health yet it can be very difficult for people with diabetes to lose weight. A basic nutritional knowledge tells us that proteins repair and rebuild cells, carbohydrates energize cells and fats provide hormonal foundation for cells. Though the macro-nutrition must remain balanced to maintain optimum health, the calories must cycle to keep the metabolism from slowing down.

All the above are examples of what can affect the way you lose and/or gain weight. No matter what we do in life, the key to your health is nutrition. Please think about the foods you eat and if you can digest them. Whether it is through food and/or supplements, you need to make a decision and follow it through to the end! There are many diet aids on the market, just do your homework before committing to anything. Your health is your life! Go natural with any product whenever it is possible and make it a rule when purchasing food or supplements.

MOVE – Diabetics in Motion - EXERCISE

By Randy Wood

People with diabetes that like to get out, exercise and be active are always on the go. This is absolutely one of the best ways to help people without diabetes or with pre-diabetes prevent it. It is also a good way for those with diabetes to control it and help prevent complications.

The best advice I can give anyone, especially with diabetes, is to move. One of the worst things you can do to yourself is to be inactive.

Motion, Activity, Exercise and Diabetes – What to Know

Always consult your physician before making drastic changes in your lifestyle.

If an exercise program is new to you, or it has been a long period of time since you exercised on a regular basis, discuss this with your doctor and get blood sugar levels that you need to target, high or low during the duration of your active exercise sessions.

As a diabetic, you should get at least 30 to 60 minutes of physical activity at least most days of the week. This activity along with a healthy diet will help to keep your weight down, lower your blood sugar levels and help lower your risk of heart problems.

Doctors will generally recommend aerobic type exercises for diabetics. Aerobic exercise makes you breathe deeply and also makes your heart work harder.

Some good examples of aerobic exercise are:
walking
jogging
aerobic dance
bicycling

Whatever type of exercise you choose, always warm up for 5 to 10 minutes first and cool down when you are done. A good way to warm up is to do gentle walking or stretching. You should always stretch for 5 to 10 minutes before and after your exercise sessions.

As exercise tends to lower your blood sugar level, it is always a good idea to check your levels before you start and when you get done. If you are exercising for extended periods, check you blood sugar levels every 30 minutes or so. Hyperglycemia is low blood sugar and is dangerous. If your sugar levels are to low, wait until they are at a normal level before you start. If you begin to feel changes in your heartbeat, sudden sweat, shaky, anxious or sudden hunger, you blood sugar level is most likely dropping to low. Stop exercising and follow the plan you and your doctor made for combating hyperglycemia. Keep a snack handy!

Always wear shoes that fit properly. Do every thing you can to prevent sores and/or blisters on your feet. As diabetics tend to heal slowly, infections can easily set in.

Drink plenty of fluids before, during and after your exercise sessions. Dehydration can affect your blood sugar levels.

Always Move – Always Be Prepared

A Healthy Immune System Can Protect You!

Tap into the power of your immune system to avoid getting sick. You and a friend step into a crowded elevator and immediately notice two people coughing and sneezing up a storm. Within a couple of days you come down with a bad cold and blame it on that elevator ride. Yet your friend, exposed to the same germs at the same time, remains perfectly healthy.

What made the difference? The power of the immune system. The strength of our immune system is what makes the difference between who stays healthy and who doesn’t. The one with the immune system functioning below normal has an increased risk of getting sick. It’s shocking how much your immune system can affect how you feel!

From getting a cold or the flu, to having bad food poisoning, from infections to slow healing injuries to allergies, from lack of energy to just feeling not right– a properly working immune system is the key to helping you feel better in so many ways.

An immune enhancer directly acts on the main cells of the immune system, called macrophages#1, increasing and magnifying their functions, which in turn increases the number of T and Blymphocytes, as well as cytokines, which are the key indicators of an immune system.

Immune enhancers are not immune boosters in the traditional sense. They are an immune modulator of the macrophage affecting an immediate and dramatic increase in the immunologic system. A far more complex and direct approach, that is quite unlike the mass-marketed understanding of supplements that purport immune boosting.

A composite immune modulator, without toxicity or adverse effects can promote immune modulation through the modification of the biological response of the macrophage and of the physiologic liberation of cytoplasm#2 An “immunomodulator” is a supplement capable of normalizing a deficient, inadequate or hyperactive immune system, thereby restoring the proper functioning of the defense mechanisms of the body.

There are products available in a credible immune strengthening supplement that have undergone vigorous clinical trials both in vitro (in the test-tube) and in vivo (within a living organism). Practitioners have been using this on hundreds of immune-compromised people with enormous success. It brings new hope to immune-compromised people and improves their overall quality of life. And it is of great benefit to healthy individuals, who can also take ER for improving wellness and function.

There are many hard ways to boost your immune system that take a lot of time and energy. There is a proven easy method to help boost your immune system quickly and easily.

is a timely and very helpful product that can give you your quality of life back!

Chuck Arnone has taken the time, to find the quality information necessary for a timely article on such an important issue.

Notes

1 Macrophage is a type of white blood cell that ingests (takes in) foreign material. Macrophages are key players in the immune response to foreign invaders such as infectious microorganisms. Macrophages help destroy bacteria, protozoa, and tumor cells. They also release substances that stimulate other cells of the immune system.

2 Cytoplasm is the fluid that “fills” most cells. The cytoplasm is the site where most cellular activities are done. All the functions for cell expansion, growth and replication are carried out in the cytoplasm of the cell.

Fight Your Disease and Sickness with Nutrition!

Who is at risk for getting autoimmune diseases? There are more than 80 types of autoimmune diseases and new treatments for autoimmune diseases are being studied all the time and can affect many parts of the body.  Women tend to be affected more often by autoimmune disorders; nearly 79% of autoimmune disease patients in the USA are women.  It is not known why this is the case, although hormone levels have been shown to affect the severity of some autoimmune diseases such as multiple sclerosis. These diseases can affect connective tissue in your body (the tissue which binds together body tissues and organs).  Autoimmune diseases can be broadly divided into systemic and organ-specific or localized autoimmune disorders, depending on the principal clinic-pathologic features of each disease.  Autoimmune disorders are diseases caused by the body producing an inappropriate immune response against its own tissues.  Autoimmune disorders fall into two general types: those that damage many organs (systemic autoimmune diseases) and those where only a single organ or tissue is directly damaged by the autoimmune process (localized).

Autoimmune diseases: A group of disorders in which the primary cause is the anti inflammatory reaction caused by the bodies own   attacking tissues.  Autoimmune diseases tend to cluster in families and in individuals (a person with one autoimmune disease is more likely to get another), which indicates that common mechanisms are involved in disease susceptibility.  Autoimmunity is not contagious, but the genes a child inherits from parents can influence whether a child will develop autoimmune conditions.  In autoimmune diseases, such as systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, scleroderma, pernicious anemia, myasthenia gravis, and Hashimoto's disease, specific cells uncontrollably attack the body's own tissues.  Approximately 75 percent of autoimmune diseases occur in women, most frequently during the childbearing years and do not spread to other people like infections. Women have fatigue, stiffness and weakness when suffering from a autoimmune disease. There is a higher incidence of autoimmune diseases is seen in winter months as people stay indoors and the air is dry, stale & exposure to viruses indoor.

Autoimmune diseases are workable in day to day activities to make you feel better. First, eat a healthy diet.  Give your immune system a boost and be as healthy as you can be!  The list of nutrients that you need for a healthy immune system is long.  The body is made up largely of proteins, so its health depends upon its freedom from damage (as through oxidation or glycation) and upon its timely removal as part of normal protein turnover.  Always consult your own doctor if you are in any way concerned about your health.

Your body's protects you from disease and infection. One of the ways your immune system rebuilds itself is through sleeping and is a great way you can help both your body and mind.  Rest allows your body tissues and joints the time they need to repair.  The immune system is the body's most specialized defense mechanism.  In a healthy body, circulating antibodies attack and destroy pathogenic invaders.  The goals of treatment are to reduce symptoms and control the autoimmune process while maintaining the body's ability to fight disease.  Most patients need supplements to replenish a hormone or vitamin that the body is lacking.  The body's antioxidant system and other lines of defense cannot completely protect proteins.  Nature's second line of defense is the body's system for repairing or removing damaged proteins.  While some protein repair mechanisms exist, it is difficult for the body to repair most protein damage.  It can be compared to a piece of metal rusting and results from the action of damaging molecules known as free radicals that are a natural byproduct of the body's metabolism.

It has also been suggested that the slight exchange of cells between mothers and their children during pregnancy may induce autoimmunity.  Overexposure to pesticides and toxins may also induce autoimmunity. Your immune system can be boosted by changes made in eating and exercise routines.

Nutritionists recommend a diet high in fresh vegetables and fruit, whole grains, brown rice, low-fat dairy products, fish and poultry.  Nutrition and nutritional status can have profound effects on immune functions, resistance to infection and autoimmunity in humans. Alternative treatments including natural medicine and nutritional therapy have been shown to have an impact on the activity of the disease.  As patients with scleroderma sometimes develop gastrointestinal problems and are needed intravenous nutrition of long duration, they should be paid attention to lack of trace elements that can be a cause of hematologic complications.

What we come back to is that we need to take care of our health in every way possible. Anybody can take supplements whether you are sick or not and good nutrition is a necessity for every human being on this earth!

Blood Glucose levels Testing High - What to do?

I was reading in a forum the other day and one of the members wrote that their blood glucose levels were testing between 200-250 with continuous testing for the last month. They asked if they should go to the doctor or not.

Here is the exceprt:
Been testing consistently at 200-250 for last month. I’m feeling ok but should I go anyways. I don’t have insurance but maybe I need to go anyways. Suggestions?”

As always, you should follow what your doctor tells you to do, and a good doctor will have told you what to look for and what to consider an issue or an indicator that you may need help.

Desirable Blood glucose levels should be set for you by your doctor. A standard rule of thumb is listed below. But Please see your doctor to make yours personal based on your needs.

Desirable blood glucose levels?

Everyone has some glucose in their blood. People who don’t have diabetes have a normal range of about 70 to 120. Blood glucose levels will go up after eating but return to the normal range 1 to 2 hours later.

Always ask your doctor when you should check your blood glucose with a meter. Find out whether the targets listed below are best for you or not. Then you and your doctor can set your personal targets.

BGL (blood glucose targets) for most people with diabetes:
Before meals should range between 90 to 130 and 1 to 2 hours after the start of a meal should be less than 180.

Find out what your target BGL’s should be, document them and know them.

My suggestion to anyone with continuous blood glucose level numbers outside of your care teams designated numbers, GO see your doctor!

Effective Article Marketing

Article Marketing Is Changing

is one of the most widely used methods of promoting a website and making money online. It's not just those people submitting articles to article directories who should be considered to be an article marketer. Every hub on hubpages.com, every lens on Squidoo.com was put together by an article marketer. Whether they call themselves that or not.

Article marketing is changing rapidly with the advent of «Web 2.0», and social networking sites. What worked back in 2006 isn't so effective any more. But article marketing and marketing with articles will continue to grow in popularity and become even more powerful than it was back then.

Back in the day, you could submit an article to hundreds of article directories and everyone of them would give a reasonablly powerful «back link» to your site. For a time is was a marketers paradise, but you can see why the good times had to come to an end.

When something becomes «easy» it tends to become low quality. This is definately what happened to traditional «old style» article marketing.

What killed old style article marketing?

In my logical opinion, old style article marketing was killed by 3 things.

1. The proliferation of article directories on the Internet. So called «Internet Marketing Guru's» made it too easy for «wanabees» to own their own directory. This in itself would not have been so much of a problem had it not been for....

2. Automatic article submission software. These were the real killer. With all that spammy content being submitted to all those spammy directories, Google had to do something. The changes they made hurt even the good quality content and top authors. (Traditional article marketing is less effective for everyone as a result of this).

3. All the hype about making easy money with «Google Adsense» that has been stuffed down the throat of everyone in Internet marketing circles since 2005. Without this hype they would have been less people wanting to own their own article directory.

With all that unmoderated, duplicate, «spammy» content filling up the article directories, the «Big G» had to do something. So they stopped passing link authority from all but a handful of article directory sites. You can no longer use alone to increase your Google Page Rank and SERP's.

But that does not mean that you cannot get traffic from traditional article marketing or that it does not have it's place in your overall online marketing strategy you just need to be more selective about where you submit your content and more importantly, the content that you submit.

Dan Blackburn is the owner of the popular article directory article content king.

The Ultimate Article Marketing Revenue Sharing System

AdSpace articles is a new concept in , which gives full control over the ad space in the articles to the article author. This benefits them in 2 ways.

1. The most obvious, they take all the money generated from the ad space directly. Having full control over the ad space, authors can even sell space within their articles privately.

The main business model of any or «group content» site relies mainly on the revenue from ad space. Many sites are willing to share this revenue with the authors, but only one site (that I know of) gives full control over the ad space to the author... And ALL the revenue!

2. A less obvious benefit to the AdSpace articles model is the «elimination» of competing ads in your content. This is usually the biggest drawback of article marketing to the author. They submit their articles to other sites and within their content are targeted ads.

Yes TARGETED ads, unless you are PAYING to , those ads within your content will no doubt be promoting your competitions website. Your hard work is making sales for them! Sure you might be getting a piece of the pie if the site is sharing revenue with you, but it's nothing compared to the money you would have made if the ad was making sales for you... or if you were the «broker» selling the traffic.

AdSpace articles give you full control over what does and what does not appear along side your content. You can even remove the ads completely if you so wish.

To get 3 free ad space articles visit here.

Liquid Vitamins......Are They Really Necessary?

High quality liquid vitamins and nutritional supplementation is essential to make up the deficit of nutrients in our food. The transition from pill form to liquid vitamins and minerals is taking place and the wave of the future for the health industry and nutritional supplements is liquid vitamins.  These vitamins are digested as they pass through the intestinal tracts, and the step of breaking down the pills is eliminated.  Liquid Vitamins are much better absorbed than pill vitamins while pills are more taxing on your digestive system and much harder to swallow! They also help you achieve better health much faster than pill form. A recent study showed that while 98% of liquid vitamins are absorbed by your body, only 10-20% of pill vitamins are absorbed. Are you starting to see the importance of liquid vitamins and minerals?

When choosing your nutritional supplement, liquid vitamins are definitely the way to go for maximum absorption.  Why should you use a liquid supplement?  Instead of pills, which sometimes don't digest, the liquid is absorbed into the system fully.  The main reason why liquid vitamins are more effective than pills and tablets is due to the nature of their liquid base.  Medical studies have shown that pills and capsules only have a 25%-40% absorption rate at the cellular level, while liquid nutritional products exceed a 90% absorption rate.

This is true especially in the case of the elderly and children, for whom liquid vitamins are available in a variety of flavors. These liquid dietary supplements are high potency formulas you can count on. Feed your 300 million new cells the nutrition they need to thrive with a complete, good tasting and most powerful liquid vitamin available. There is one disadvantage of liquid vitamins and that is the nutrients get destroyed when they come in contact with the stomach acids before they can reach the upper intestines where the best absorption  happens. Multiples (in liquid form) give your body more daily vitamins and minerals through whole food vegetation (than pills).

Today's health and nutrition is not what it used to be and is headed no where fast.  Your body needs the complete nutrition found in Pro Vitamin Complete.  Most people, healthy or not, STILL don't get the proper nutrition they need to stay healthy. Health is a major concern in the United States, from vitamins and minerals, to the proper nutrition and intake, it is hard to get the proper amount of nutrition you need everyday from just the regular foods you eat.  Like all of us, we take vitamins with the intention of getting good nutrition, but when they are pushed out of our system virtually undigested then that creates a problem.  And with the fast paced world we live in today, it's hard to get the right vitamins, minerals, and nutrition into our body everyday.  Our cells are starved for proper nutrition, vitamins, and minerals.

Supplementation of liquid vitamin nutrition is the secret to protecting you and your family against disease, staying healthy and looking and feeling youthful.  Whether it is helping people to quit smoking (the #1 preventable cause for sickness and death in the civilized world) -- Help with solutions for weight loss and obesity (the #2 preventable health threat) -- Cleaning up our endangered and irreplaceable fresh water supplies with our extraordinary laundry detergent alternative -- Or simply getting the proper comprehensive nutrition to stay healthy with potent liquid vitamins. In reality, most of us fall short of these health goals resulting in an unhealthy diet often critically lacking in even the basic nutrients required to sustain proper health.

The key is to eat well and to supplement your diet with healthy amounts of a variety of important nutrients.  These nutrients also assist the body in expanding oxygen production, assisting clear flow through vessels, promoting healthy cholesterol and homocysteine levels, as well as enhancing mental clarity and recall.  Along with an increase in productivity, feeling better, seeing your family enjoy the best possible health, and fighting off the potential onset of serious diseases, vitamins are necessary in today's world! This type of nutrition is the support everyone needs for their immune system to stay healthy!  This gives everyone a good idea of what their goal should be, especially when it comes to the health of you and your loved ones.
